Frequently asked questions

A little clarity.
Before the clean.

From recurring visits to cleaning priorities, here are a few useful things to know. For a home, workplace or renovation, we’re happy to discuss the details.

What kind of cleaning do you offer?

Residential and commercial cleaning are our core services. We also offer post-construction and renovation cleaning. For homes, our range includes routine housekeeping, linen and wardrobe care, concierge tasks, deep detailing, fine surface care, and event or move cleaning. Your quote confirms the rooms, areas, tasks and visit frequency included.

When should post-construction cleaning take place?

Plan the final clean after dust-producing construction or renovation work is complete. We review site readiness, finished surfaces and access before scheduling, with any return touch-ups agreed separately.

Can I book a one-time or recurring clean?

You can enquire about a one-time visit or recurring residential or commercial cleaning. Residential schedules can include daily, weekly or bi-weekly visits. Tell us your preferred frequency, priorities and access arrangements so we can confirm a suitable scope and availability.

What is included in my quote?

We review the space, condition, cleaning priorities, surface types, access and preferred frequency. The written quote confirms included tasks, exclusions, pricing and any separately quoted extras or return visits.

Do you bring cleaning equipment and products?

Equipment and products are planned around the agreed work and surface requirements. Tell us about any manufacturer care instructions or restrictions before the visit.

Do you remove construction waste?

Residual non-hazardous waste removal can be included by agreement. Major rubble, bins, hauling and disposal fees must be scoped separately. We do not treat hazardous waste as ordinary cleanup.

How do you approach construction dust?

The cleaning approach considers the materials and site hazards, using appropriate HEPA equipment and suitable damp methods. Dust-producing work should be complete before a final clean. A visual clean is not hazardous-material clearance.

Do you handle asbestos or other hazardous materials?

Suspected asbestos or other hazardous contamination requires a specialist assessment and appropriate controls before ordinary cleaning can proceed. Let us know about any site reports, abatement work or known hazards when enquiring.

Does the space need water and electricity?

Please tell us which utilities are available. Access, water, power, parking and waste arrangements are confirmed as part of the scope before scheduling.

When should I book?

Contact us with your target dates as early as possible. Scheduling depends on the work required, access and site readiness; we confirm availability before a booking is agreed.

What if construction is delayed?

Email us as soon as your schedule changes. We’ll review the revised timing and any effect on access, scope or booking arrangements with you.

Where do you work?

We serve Ottawa and surrounding areas. Include the project address or postal code so we can confirm whether your location is within reach.

Can you care for delicate surfaces and specialty items?

Tell us about your stone, leather, wood, fabrics and any manufacturer care instructions. Treatment is assessed for compatibility before work begins. Rug treatment, stone restoration or sealing, duct cleaning and high-access work may require separately scoped specialist services.
